Bal began her television career in Ottawa, working at Rogers Television. After graduating from Carleton University’s School of Journalism and Communication, she started writing for CTV’s Canada AM. Bal is a trusted asset in the newsroom, having worked as a producer, reporter and assistant assignment editor at several stations across Canada. She has filed stories for CTV Ottawa, CTV Vancouver, CTV National News, Global BC, Global National and the Weather Network.
